The event that I attended tonight was called, Jack in the Park. It was basically a celebration and fundraising event for the Special Olympics. There were different vendors that supplied all different types of food and drinks as well as an auction. All of the proceeds from ticket sales to the auction are going to the Special Olympics. As one of the volunteers I was in the social media department, where I had to take photos and post them on the different social media streams to help to promote the event and generate communication about it as well. They really made the area look classy, the scenery was beautiful and they chose a wonderful time to begin. The fact that they decided to start at night time really gave a different spin to how it looked, candles were lit everywhere and different lights were put up to really make it dramatic and nice. The only issue that I saw that took place was where people were to park, other than that it seemed that everything was running smoothly. Most of the other volunteers were very patient and nice, while others really just wanted some people to visit their table. Overall this event was wonderful, and great, I truly enjoyed myself and would recommend everyone to go.

Cowboys vs. Eagles 9/20

https://youtu.be/eVhGWaqrqzg
Yesterday, in the world of sports the Dallas Cowboys faced off the Philadelphia Eagles. It was a good game for both teams, however, the Cowboys did come out on top with a 10 point lead at the end of the fourth quarter leaving the field 20-10. This game was epic and if you missed it, you truly missed out. As being a child of a Cowboy fan household I was "taught" to only like and embrace the Cowboys, however, that really never had any affect on me.
